The workouts consist of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) routines that focus on BURNing fat and toning.

No equipment necessary, you can workout in the comfort of your own home.

If you're LOCAL, you can attend a LIVE class for the drop in rate of  $20.  

This program includes:

  • 10 minute Ab routines
